Sleezy Rip Off!

This place is a sleezy rip off. My friend and I went their for a pedicure. While there they offered us a "discount special" on a massage. It was cheap so we said why not. When we were finnished with the pedicure (they did a completely lousy job) we went to get our 1/2 price massages. The massage was the same quality as the pedicure - poor. While we were getting our massages, they kept trying to get us to buy creams and other junk, and trying to sell us other services. I finally had to yell at them to just leave us alone. We both wanted to just get out of there. When we went to pay, they charged us a higher price for the pedicure, and full price for both massages. We explained to the girl that she was overcharging us for the pedicures and that we were given a 1/2 price massage special by our attendant. She would not give us the discount on the massages, and said that we used special nail polish and foot scrubs which were not included in the price of the pedicure, which was untrue. It was a scam. I was so furious!! We went back to get our attendant to tell the check out girl about the massage discount, but she said the discount was only for a large group. A total LIE!!! I could not believe it. This place is such a fraudulent rip off. No wonder this place was empty when we came in. When my boyfriend came to pick us up, we told him what happend and he spoke to the check out girl but they continued to lie. Then asked if he wanted "happy smile ending" massage from one of their woman. We paid and just got the heck out of there. We later learned that the "happy smile ending" massage is an illegal massage that men get. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless you want to get ripped off!!

I have gone to many spas so I know which ones are good and which ones are not. This one is NOT. It is sooo cheesy. They never know when to stop selling, even after you say NO. They keep coming at you. Then they try to negotiate the price like some flea market. They try to sell you all kinds of over priced junk. They buy stuff from Target and then put a label on it and say its from Europe or Asia and that it will make me younger. My friend and I laughed. They also try to up sell you on services. They don't stop until you say, I have no more money. The massage was average. For the price we paid, it should be well above average. We spotted a lot of men coming in and out of the back area. Our service person said they were getting "male massages." The men coming and going did not look like the type who would go for spa treatments. My friend said they were getting special illegal "massages" with "happy endings." It looked that way. I will never go here again. I was so grossed out.
Still feeling relaxed...

I went here for the first time yesterday and I was completely blown away. Wonderful massage, warm friendly staff who made me feel incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were both spotless and beautiful. I would HIGHLY recommend this place! So tranquil!

I had the best Birthday celebration at the Butterfly Garden Spa this past weekend!. Myself & ten women friends went for the day of relaxation, massage, facials & manicure & pedicures, Wow! The staff and service was great, we brought in Champagne and snacks, and that was fine with them. We had the whole place, no other appts. were booked except for us, so we felt like we owned the place, It was the best day I have had in a long time!!! I would recommend this place to everyone!!!! and I am planning on going back for Mother's Day! - All of my friends had a great time & went home super relaxed,especially the working mommies, who loved it!
